1999 Honda CB600 Hornet
Great fun naked 600 that’s seen better days. All weather riding has really taken hold of this Hornet in the worst way. Corrosion abounds. It’s only showing 30K and has been run regularly as a commuter so mechanically it should be sound. Use elbow grease rather than money to get it right and you’ll have yourself an economical little runner.
Gary says: Honda’s fabled finishes had long since gone by the time this 600 rolled off the production line. It looks like it’s been used in a salt mine. It’s not worth spending a fortune on, powdercoating this and rechroming that, because a much tidier one can be had for £500-600 more. It’d be a fun commuter or a cheap track tool though. I’d steam in at £800.
