Peter’s three rules
On a race replica, sort the fairing and seat out first. They dictate the rest of the bike.
Don’t deviate from your concept otherwise you risk the bike ending up looking like some kind of mule.
Carry a picture around with you of the bike that’s inspired the project. You can show this to suppliers to help them understand what you’re trying to achieve. All too often you have a conversation with a specialist, think they understand what you want, and then they deliver you something else. You can’t argue with a picture.
