This once perfectly good GSX-R has been vandalised into what a former fool, sorry owner, thinks is a cafe racer. All bodywork, minus tank and front mudguard, is missing. The gear/brake levers have been swapped in a manner that would shame Heath Robinson, and a hideous silencer has been bodged on in place of the original. What’s there looks to be in good nick, so if stock panels can be found this will be a cheap, fun thrash-about.

If you’re going to make a cafe racer, at least do it properly. This looks to have been done in the dark with a hammer and chisel. Finding panels and a pipe could be tricky. They won’t be queueing around the block to buy this so I’d steam in at £500.

Struggling to say something good Still struggling, but there’s some hope of a rescue job to be done here
