Oil tank

The existing SZR660 oil tank is a kidneyshaped addition clinging to the left side of the motor like a spare appendix. To fit the fairing, it needed to move, so Darren made a new one from aluminium. “I bought a flat sheet of aluminium, cut it, shaped it and welded it up and put it up behind the cylinders, where it is on the SRX (and TRX850 engine).”
