So far: repaint in 1979 colours What’s next: a new exhaust

In 1979 I worked in a Honda dealers in Brackley and built the first one of these that I owned (CB900FZ) from the delivery crate, so for this one I got another tank, front mudguard, tail unit and side panels and had Dream Machine respray them in Tanzanite Blue.

I’m not a purist, and have assembled, shall we say, a CB900FZD – a homage to the breed from ’79-’83. At least this version has brakes that are almost effective. Next is a new exhaust system mounted on original rear brackets – any PS readers got one they wish to part with?

Mixed and matched 900F with brakes that work. Nice job
