Yamaha TZ350G

-

Builder: Gregory Flynn Owned for: 11 years

So far: got it out of storage What’s next: enjoying it

This is my 1980 TZ350G, I’ve owned it for 11 years. Following quite a few years expatriated in India I thought it was time to give it some TLC. It’s an original Yamaha frame that was reinforced from new by Spondon, and then modified by Tony Smith who built the bike before I bought it in 2009.

It’s running a Hoekle crank, 38mm reverse-slide carbs, straight plug head from an early TZA, Maxton shock, 40mm TZ forks prepared by S1 Suspension, Spondon monobloc calipers, Spondon discs, a tank and footrest from Bill Simpson, Mavic wheels, and lots more.
