Finger lickin’ spring chicken
Along with April showers, there’s something else I really love about this time of year: gorgeous spring chicken. I like mine roasted with wild garlic and served with spring greens tossed in a herby butter. Delish! Watercress, radish, cabbage, cauliflower, kale and cucumber are also tasting fabulous right now. And rhubarb is at its peak, which means crumble time. Bring it on!
