High-five Gimme Some Skin
This cooling juice is the skin cleanser that kick-started Hanna’s clear-skin revival.
• ½ cucumber
• 2 celery sticks
• 3 apples
• A handful of spinach
• ½ avocado
• 1tbsp lecithin granules
• 4-6 ice cubes
1 Run first four veg and fruit through the juicer.
Add to a blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth and drink immediately. Serves 1.
