Please help my hair to grow
Q I’ve been trying to grow my hair for about a year now, but it’s a slow process. I really don’t like my unruly locks, so much so that I keep caving in and getting it cut. How can I go the distance? Julie Waite, Woking, Surrey
A I’ve had the same struggle and here’s what I’ve learned: first, don’t get it cut until you’re
really ready. When you reach a stage where it becomes easier to tie back, invest in some pretty hair grips. Second, hair supplements help. Try Viviscal or Imedeen.
Finally, I’m loving the high-tech
Pantene Pro-v Repair and Protect Conditioner (£3.99). It targets the damaged areas – great for dry ends. Persevere and you’ll get the hair you want!
