kale and half the Dolcelatte, dotting it around the tin. In a large jug, mix together the cream, milk, eggs and nutmeg, if using, then pour into the pastry case. Scatter over the pecans and the remaining Dolcelatte, and cook in the oven for 30-35min until the filling is set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
