The more skills you have, the more prepared you are for this ever-changing, multiskill-required world we now live in. Millennials hunt down new skills with the ferocity of a big game hunter. They are obsessed with courses, Youtube tutorials, TED talks and mentoring. They expect those above them to pass on their skills, too, not simply lead by seniority. That means, if you’re their boss, they will want regular reports on their progress. They will rinse out every bit of information you have learnt and they will go forth and build on it.
