When it all feels a bit much, in­dulge in an aro­mather­apy rit­ual that works won­ders for fes­tive brain over­load. Melt 40g co­conut oil in a bowl (bain-marie-style), add 10ml av­o­cado oil (bril­liant for treat­ing a dry scalp).

Add the fol­low­ing es­sen­tial oils*: 2 drops ve­tiver (ground­ing and calm­ing), 2 drops cedar­wood at­las (restora­tive) and 4 drops man­darin (good if you over­think or worry).

Stir to­gether and leave to set. Ap­ply gen­er­ously on to hands, then mas­sage into the scalp with your fin­ger­tips.
