What do dreams mean?

Theresa explains what your dreams might be telling you…

-

NAKEDNESS

Being naked or partially clothed is an indicator you feel vulnerable. Perhaps you’re hiding something, not being true to yourself or are anxious that others will see through your disguise. Maybe you’re trying to impress, but afraid you’ll disappoint. If, in your dream, you aren’t embarrassed by your nudity, perhaps you need to feel proud of who you are.

If others don’t notice it, you might be worrying needlessly.

FALLING

The sign that a relationship or situation is out of your control. In any ‘falling’ dream, insecurity is the key theme. You may see no solution to your problems, feel little stability or support or want to escape a tough situation. It’s urging you to take control before it’s too late.

BEING CHASED

A powerful indication you’re trying to avoid someone or something. When the threat’s identity is apparent, it may offer clues. If it remains vague, it probably has an emotional source. Maybe you’re trying to hide from painful feelings or run away from a responsibility or expectation, either self-imposed or placed upon by others. You need to confront and heal it.

ILLNESS

Dreaming you’re unwell is a sign you need to nurture yourself. If you have cancer in a dream, something or someone in your life is hurting you.

BEING LOST IN A MAZE

This is a sign of confusion and hopelessness – the chances are, you feel as if there’s no way out of a complicated situation or relationship. There are choices to be made – signified by the many directions in a maze – but you are being indecisive and going in circles. Your dreaming mind wants a decision to be made about the direction you want to head in.
