Five years ago, Annabel Streets, now 54, and Susan Saunders, 52, admit they weren’t in the best place, physically or mentally. The pair have now revealed their findings in a new book called They also agreed to share their top secrets with So here are the lifestyle changes Annabel and Susan say are worth making – and the ones to avoid.
