Lose weight & KEEP IT OFF!

Fed up with managing to drop a few pounds only to put them back on in a moment of weakness? TV’S Dr Rangan Chatterjee explains how to change that negative cycle for good

‘Make simple changes for solutions that last’

We know how it goes… January begins and you clear the house of chocolate, full of resolve to shift the weight you’ve been longing to lose. And it’s all going so well until, well, the thought of yet another fish-and-veg meal sends your mood plummeting (as if winter wasn’t depressing enough?). Moments later, you’re ordering a takeaway and, just like that, your diet is blown. And then come those feelings of failure and shame…

Dr Rangan Chatterjee, TV doctor, podcaster and author of new book Feel Great, Lose Weight, is here to change that. ‘It’s not your fault,’ he says. ‘There’s far too much blame when it comes to weight gain.’

It’s about making simple changes that work for you, so you can find solutions that last.’ Here are some of his top tips…
