Following our sell-out trip to see nature’s magical light show, we’ve partnered with Northern Lights experts Hurtigruten to offer another unforgettable experience. You’ll be joined by BBC weather presenter Carol Kirkwood as you head north of the Arctic Circle in search of the green lights that dance across the sky.
You’ll discover the magnificent coastline from the UNESCO World Heritage port of Bergen up through the city of Tromsø to the remote and beautiful Lofoten Islands and North Cape, Europe’s most northerly point, before sailing back via the ancient Viking trading post of Trondheim.
THE NORTHERN LIGHTS
You will sail in an area known for sightings of the Aurora, so you stand a great chance of witnessing it. You’ll also benefit from Hurtigruten’s Northern Lights promise**, so if you don’t see them, you’ll be offered another six or seven-day cruise for free!

This is the perfect expedition ship to search for the natural phenomenon, so soak up the beauty of Norway from the sundeck, observation lounge or one of the hot tubs. There are three restaurants on board, as well as a bakery and an ice cream bar, plus a sauna and fitness room.
