Cook it, eat it, love it!
Buff or bluff ?
Aldi found that 91% of wine drinkers admit to having bluffed about their wine knowledge, or lack of, to friends and family. So if you’ve always fancied learning more but never knew where to start, prepare to slurp your way to the top of the class! Aldi’s new Wine School is a free online course that will take you through the basics, such as understanding wine labels and jargon, as well as the finer points of grape varieties, terroir and production, and on to navigating pairing food and wine. Headed by Master of Wine Sam Caporn, it consists of a mixture of reading, videos and tasting exercises.
