ALL IN THE PREP

I give my clients a mini-facial before applying any make-up. I exfoliate dry patches with Trilogy Purifying Cleansing Toner, £20.50, then massage in a moisturiser to plump the skin and drain puffiness. Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base, £46.50, is a great hydrating primer for most skin types. It smells divine and even though it’s oil-free, it still feels nourishing.

WELLBEING BOOST

Never underestimate what make-up does for our mental health. A pop of colour really perks up my mood, so if I’m feeling low and need a boost, a pretty pink blusher is my go-to. Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for Lips & Cheeks in Powder Pink, £23.50.

Lashes and lips

If I only have five minutes to get ready, I’ll swipe on a bright lip and add a couple of coats of NARS Climax Extreme Mascara, £22. Emphasising the eyes and lips makes your complexion look instantly more awake.
