LOW-KEY LOOKS

I wear Revlon Skinlights Face Glow Illuminator, £9.99, under my foundation. Then I use Revlon Powder Blush, £7.99, on my cheeks and as eyeshadow, and brush up my brows. I used to think that mascara pulled my whole look together, but now I feel like it might be too much.
