John Lodge: “This is a great honour. When we started out, we were trying to fathom out what music was. There was AM music, and I knew I wanted to do something else with The Moodies, and we did that. We did something completely different. We travelled a different road, and there’s something really exciting about doing something that no one’s ever done before. And that’s what progressive rock is all about. There’s no formula.”
