Isabella Strambio is a macramé artist, educator and author of ‘Macramé For The Modern Home’. She describes macramé as ‘yoga for the mind’ and, having seen the benefits of the craft in easing stress for herself and her students, she says: ‘Macramé is losing yourself in the rhythm of knotting and connecting with your creativity.’

Her passion was born while writing a blog documenting her Two Me (two hours a day for me) project, in which she tried 12 new crafts over a year and fell in love with macramé. She offers workshops and courses, sells pieces and uses only recycled cotton.
