Have a word with yourself

A COMMON AND wholly untrue thought for many of us is ‘I’m not good enough’. Try to observe when this phrase or its effigies come up, such as

‘I can’t’, or ‘I’ll never be able to…’ Then ask yourself one question: ‘Is this wholeheart­edly, unreserved­ly, evidential­ly, without a shadow of a doubt, true?’ Now be your own cheerleade­r and journal your argument for why it isn’t true. Include evidence and facts to back up your argument.
