A rewarding read

My husband and I moved out to live in South Africa five years ago. Luckily, I can still get hold of my Psychologies magazine – albeit a little later!

This photo was taken at a hotel in The Cradle Nature Reserve, the day after my husband broke four South Africa Masters Weightlifting records, aged 64! I’m so proud of his hard work and dedication. Once Clive’s adrenaline rush had subsided, we enjoyed a day of relaxing, reading Psychologies together, and listening to the stillness and the birdsong. Morag Vandepeer
