Create a playlist. Listen to a different tune every morning as a mindful meditation. Listen to both lyrics and instrument­s. Observe your emotions, your breath and your body’s response at the end.

Looking… at lunchtime

Create a fashion or art magazine corner in your workspace. Choose one, and focus on a picture. Look at it closely. Start from the background and then bring your gaze to the forefront. Look for details and colours. Observe your emotions. Imagine that you are in the image (this is called embodied cognition).
