There is nothing like the freedom of being on a mountain. I love getting away from it all and escaping into vast landscapes to take on a rock climb. Focus on the mountain, focus on your body, find balance and power and take in the view. People often talk about adrenaline with rock climbing but in reality the activity is calming. Rock climbing is pure mindfulnes­s.
