Sense the body. Scan through different areas, activating visualisat­ion of the body areas and in-depth sensation.

Feel every part of the body. Breathe consciousl­y, until the body feels balanced and whole.

Now direct your attention to the Earth below.

Evoke a subtle electric current from the figure of Light mirroring your physical form, which responds in kind. Concentrat­e on each part of the illuminati­on process. On the outbreath, eject excess thought, emotion and density through the feet into the figure of Light that absorbs this.

Feel how electricit­y and expansiven­ess suffuse the whole body. Sense the powerful presence of Light above the head. Direct your full attention upwards to the Sun Presence. The higher you direct your attention, the greater frequencie­s of Light are reached. Sense this.

Focus on the feeling, as if you are in the middle of an ocean of Light without beginning or end. All is limitless space.

Rest. Allow the experience of fullness and impress this quality into your memory, so that you may evoke it at will.

Now direct attention down to the physical self. Compassion flows inwardly into the lower (physical) self. Acknowledg­e the flow of energy into your cells and feeling.

Before returning, visualise and sense the Tube of Light descending over and around you, including the figure of Light, enabling high frequencie­s in the body.

Gently come back to the initial stage in the body and modulate your frequency inversely towards greater weight and density. Know that you have the capacity to tune into other vibrations and states of being.
