Long-live legumes!

-

How many legumes, such as chickpeas, lentils, nuts and beans, do you eat regularly? If the latest research from the University of Bergen is anything to go by, you’ll soon want to up your intake! Its study found that, along with ditching red meat and processed foods, eating 200g of legumes each day could add years to your lifespan – and the earlier you start, the better. But even a switch at 60 could add up to eight years to your life, meaning you hit 93 instead of 85! Carobs count, too, so why not try our delicious pancakes recipe, right?
