Eastleigh HST stock arrivals

SIX HST Trailer First (TF) vehicles,

Nos. 41059/108/162/169/176/182, were collected from Long Marston by Locomotive Services Ltd on March 12.

Running in ‘top and tail’ formation,

Nos. 47805 Roger Hosking MA 1923-2013 and 47810 Crewe Diesel Depot departed with the six coaches, running as the 5Z47/11.27 Long Marston-Eastleigh Works.

Another LSL vehicle, Mk.3a SLE

No. 10688, was taken by Nos. 20096+ 20107 from Crewe to Loram, Derby for attention on March 12. It is set to become a charter train support coach.

Tom Stobbs No. 47805 leads the 5Z47/11.27 Long Marston to Eastleigh Works through Besford (Worcestershire) on March 12, with a rake of ex-stored HSTMk.3s destined for refurbishment and further use with Locomotive Services.
