FUNDING FOR SOUTH WALES TEST FACILITY

PLANS for a rail testing facility on the site of on a former opencast mining site in Wales have moved forward with the announcement of £50 million support from the Welsh Government. The Global Centre of Rail Excellence will be a train, infrastructure and technology testing facility at the former Nant Helen Open Cast Mine in Onllwyn.
