CLASS 800 ‘AZUMA’

THE last repaired car of Neville Hill accident victim No. 800109, driving car No. 811109, arrived at Hitachi’s Newton Aycliffe factory on March 9 following repairs at Wolverton and Millenium Site Services in Derby.

The nine-car set, which has been out of traffic since November 2019, had now been made up by the end of the month and, after testing, should return to service in the next couple of months.
