RAILWAY PLANT

-

BEING a retired signalling and telecommunications man, after 42 years working at Salisbury and Eastleigh, I have passed the lockdown time creating a Class 50 (note the name and number – Ed) and two Class 159 style planters for my garden.

I thought they would be more interesting for my spring/summer plants than the routine plastic pots, and are proudly displaying daffodils at the moment – to be replaced with vegetables when the flowers have finished.

All have been made from redundant pallets.
