LSL Class 86/1 on the mend

ACQUIRED from the AC Loco Group in November 2019 along with No. 87002, and repainted in InterCity Swallow livery six months later, No. 86101 has yet to return to passenger service for its new owner. That ambition took another step towards reality on June 22 when the Class 86/1 made the short trip to Crewe Basford Hall for a traction motor change.
