Ex-Scotrail Riviera coaches return to base

SIX coaches belonging to Riviera Trains, which had been stored at Kingmoor since they were removed from use with ScotRail on the peak hour Fife Circle workings, finally returned to Riviera's northern base at Burton on June 16. Mk.2f TSO

Nos. 9521/27/39 were hauled south from Carlisle by No. 37716.

■ Following a spell at Knottingley for fitting of controlled emission toilets, a pair of Mk.1 vehicles (FO No. 3119 and TSO No. 5009) returned to Eastleigh behind No. 66187 on June 8.
