GWR continues to test its fleet of Class 769 ‘Flex’ tri-mode units based at Reading. On January 19 Nos. 769938 and 769949 head north through Mortimer in diesel mode on the non-electrified line between Basingstoke and Reading with the 5Q12 Eastleigh-Reading.
