DLR B92 STOCK:
Built by BN Construction, Bruges, these two-car articulated units were built to a standard design that was used for five iterations of DLR stock. The B92 vehicles expanded the DLR fleet as the network extended to Beckton, but are set to be replaced by a new generation of units in the next couple of years. Train Photos (CC BY-SA 2.0)
LU 1972 TUBE STOCK:
Originally built in two batches (Mk.1 and Mk.2) for the Northern Line by Metro-Cammell, they are physically similar to now withdrawn 1967 (Victoria Line) trains. After a couple of cascades they were concentrated on the Bakerloo Line in seven-car units, where they are expected to remain in service until the 2030s! Joshua Brown (CC BY-SA 2.0)
