TFW MK.4 UPDATE

FORMER Grand Central set HD06 (formerly GC03), comprising

Nos. 12222/461/323, 10330,

11321 and 82227, was hauled from Eastleigh TMD to Landore (Swansea) by No. 37510 on June 18. The set retains Grand Central livery, but one of the other former GC rakes, HD05 (ex-GC02), has had its orange stripes removed at Crewe.

Running as the 5Q23 10.35 Worksop-Wabtec Doncaster,

No. 37608 took six recently acquired vehicles (Nos. 10307, 11316, 12229/308/526 and 82204) away for attention on June 20. Their departure left just three Mk.4 coaches at Worksop – TfW spare DVT No. 82206, along with Nos. 82210/218.
