Punctuality app for c2c passengers

An app launched by c2c enables passengers to track exactly how punctual their commute has been.

Those using the c2c Smartcard now receive their own personalised report telling them how many trains they recently travelled on arrived within one minute and within five minutes of schedule. Smartcard users can receive automatic compensation if their train is two minutes late.
