GBRf marks KWVR’s 50th anniversary

The Keighley & Worth Valley Railway celebrated 50 years of operation during a week-long event from June 24-July 1. GB Railfreight 66784 was named Keighley &WorthValley Railway 50thAnniversary 1968-2018 on June 29. After the ceremony, the ‘66/7’ (bought from DB Cargo last year) made a round trip of the branch in the company of resident 25059. The ‘66’ leads the Type 2 south of Haworth running as the 1610 Keighley-Oxenhope.
