Mean­ley leaves Ty­se­ley MD role

Bob Mean­ley has stepped down as manag­ing di­rec­tor of Ty­se­ley Lo­co­mo­tive Works, af­ter 20 years in the role.

Mean­ley will con­tinue to work with TLW as a con­sul­tant, while son Alas­tair Mean­ley has been pro­moted to gen­eral man­ager of TLW. He will also be­come a di­rec­tor of the TLW Board, tak­ing re­spon­si­bil­ity for TLW op­er­a­tions.

Cath Bel­lamy, manag­ing di­rec­tor of the new train op­er­at­ing com­pany Vin­tage Trains Lim­ited, has taken on a wider role to be­come manag­ing di­rec­tor of both VTL and TLW.
