FL reinstates repaired ‘70s’

Freightliner continues to reinstate Class 70s following repairs at Leeds Midland Road.

On November 1 it returned 70002/010/015 to traffic, taking the active fleet to ten from a fleet of 19.

Freightliner still has 70001/ 004/009/011/013/016-019 stored, of which 70001/009 have been stored since January 2017, with 70016 out of use since February 2017 and 70018 out since March 2017.
