Argyle line renewals

Network Rail is renewing 1,100 overhead line insulators on Glasgow’s Argyle lines in a £700,000 programme. It is replacing them between Rutherglen and Finnieston to improve reliability. The line has the highest number of electrical trips in Scotland.
