Derailment driver quits

The driver of the ScotRail train that derailed at Stonehaven on October 10 has resigned,

RAIL understands. A preliminary investigation by RAIB said the way the train was driven was not a factor in the accident but RAIL understands the driver failed a drugs test immediately after it.
