Po­plar: In­creased ca­pac­ity will be needed at the Po­plar de­pot of the Dock­lands Light Rail­way, for 14 ex­tra train sets. The lay­out will be al­tered to al­low for a new hous­ing devel­op­ment over the de­pot, and for new bridge links over the six- lane Aspen Way to Ca­nary Wharf.

South Kens­ing­ton: The Lon­don Un­der­ground routes to West­min­ster Bridge and Glouces­ter Road will be 140 years old on De­cem­ber 24. They were built by the Met­ro­pol­i­tan Rail­way.

Sut­ton: A tram or guided busway to the town cen­tre from South Wim­ble­don or Col­liers Wood Tube sta­tions ( con­nect­ing at Mor­den Road and Bel­grave Walk tram stops re­spec­tively) is rec­om­mended in the lat­est pub­lic con­sul­ta­tion con­ducted by Trans­port for Lon­don. The Sut­ton link, which will also serve Mer­ton, will sup­port new hous­ing and im­prove ac­cess to jobs and ser­vices across both bor­oughs.
