Transport Focus and Campaign for Better Transport slam rail fares rise, but Transport Secretary blames unions.

A new 16 & 17 railcard is to be launched, offering half-price fares for children in that age group. It is due to be launched in the summer and guarantees half-price rail fares until the cardholder reaches their 18th birthday.
