The price of projects

I was struck by two items in

Regional News ( RAIL 866). It appears that at Milton Keynes, £10 million will pay for a vast 720-space multi-story car park. Meanwhile, at Horden in County Durham, it will also take £10m to build a mere two unstaffed platforms with waiting shelters and a 50-space car park.
