Ex-Overground ‘315s scrapped’

Two more London Overground Class 315s have been scrapped at C F Booth’s Rotherham scrapyard.

315802/807 arrived at the south Yorkshire site on November 9 having been dragged from Ilford, albeit with a delay at Bletchley after the Class 57 that was dragging them failed.

This leaves 315801/815 from the LO fleet still in the capital, with the former the subject of a preservation scheme.
