Transport for Wales
In RAIL 917, I wrote about the “exemplary service” from Transport for Wales. A few readers have emailed to say that they too have received really excellent service.
Our original reader told TfW’s Customer Services Advisor Thomas Williams that this had been highlighted in RAIL, and received a response to say: “I am humbled you have contacted RAIL to thank me for this … I have subscribed to RAIL for a couple of years, and never thought I would get mentioned … I hope you are able to use the vouchers soon; please stay safe.” I find such a response really heartening.
