The is a railway photography book which focuses on the visual beauty and interesting experiences of using the London Underground.
As a commuter and photographer, I started the project in 2016 just before the birth of my first child, when I realised that the free time I had spent taking creative photographs of cityscapes at dusk was about to vanish.
I instead came up with the idea of taking photos during my commute to work and home, giving myself the ambitious task of capturing a visual moment at or near all 270 London Underground, 112 Overground and 45 Docklands Light Railway stations.

I started to build my collection and share photos on my website and social media accounts.
After three years, and as interest for the project grew, the book came to life featuring a large collection of these images.
The book is presented in themes looking at symmetry, reflections and architecture. It showcases a different side to the London Underground network and shares visual aspects of our train journeys that we all notice, but rarely put into words as we overlook the astonishing sights and continue onwards to our destinations.
