A career in engineering?

CML’s engineers learn many of their skills in-house.

The company has a civil engineering apprenticeship scheme where new entries are taken on at various times during the year, starting with lower-level civils qualifications with the aim of moving on to degree status.

CML says it’s crucial for new recruits to get some site experience under their belts and to learn how machinery works, and (just as importantly) appreciate the difficulties to be faced.
