Rail legal advice to government
Addleshaw Goddard has been appointed to continue advising government on rail legal services, as part of Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS’s) new Rail Legal Services framework.
The CCS is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office designed to support the public sector to achieve maximum value for money when procuring common goods and services. The new railrelated panel comprises eight companies.
According to Addleshaw Goddard, the panel will cover a wide range of legal advice to central government, for clients including the Department for Transport, and will help it navigate the coming period of substantial reform.
